The average withdrawal time to a bank account is under 3 minutes. Delays caused by third-party banking system disruptions are not the responsibility of rpp66, but our support team is ready to assist with any investigation if needed.

By claiming or activating any bonus, members are deemed to have agreed to the specific terms of that bonus. Bonus activation is final and cannot be reversed once the process has been executed.
Turnover is the accumulated total amount wagered that must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn. The turnover amount varies depending on the bonus type and will always be clearly stated in the promotion description. Voided, cancelled, or bets from certain excluded games will not count toward turnover fulfillment.
Rpp66 actively monitors betting activity to detect patterns indicating bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to meet turnover requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, or coordinating with other members to manipulate the bonus system.
If abuse is detected, rpp66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related wins, and/or close the accounts involved.
All games available at rpp66 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent testing bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by rpp66 or by any member.
Game results confirmed by the system are final. Result change claims may only be submitted if there is concrete evidence of a verified technical error on the rpp66 server side. Decisions made by the rpp66 technical team following a thorough investigation are final and binding.
Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type, league, or provider selected. The applicable limits will be displayed automatically in the game interface or bet slip before you confirm your bet.
For sports betting, wins are credited based on official results announced by the relevant federation or sports governing body. In the event of a dispute over a match result, rpp66 will follow the official decision of the relevant sports organization.
